IDEX is one of the largest fire and safety equipment solution providers in the world. With numerous brands and product categories to manage for its diverse commercial and government buyers in 2024 IDEX sought to work with a solution partner to upgrade their customer buying experience to include a number of new features that enable self-service and easy purchasing. Ultimately IDEX chose to work with Wasserman Digital to upgrade to a multistore purchasing experience powered by Adobe Commerce – including a number of key new system integrations that simplified the technical architecture behind customer purchasing.
